Wynnum Jetty has panels along the stone jetty representing the seasonal life cycles of the local flora and fauna, and also native food hunting and gathering of the Quandamooka people. The circular panel at the end of the jetty is designed as a series of concentric circles featuring the view and islands from that point with Quandamooka names; the life cycle of the local mullet; the 24 hour clock with the Southern Cross and how to locate it as well as the longitude and latitude. The panel also features a time capsule of the area under a removable panel in the centre.
